I wish the current administration, Mr. Obama et al, the Congress and the Senate would just leave the U.S. bankruptcy laws alone. You continue to feed the corporate fat cats with taxpayer dollars knowing full well that they were bankrupt when they came to you seeking funds the first time. Then you did it again a second time, and now you are going to do it again, all with taxpayer dollars you don’t have to spend.
Corporations have been using bankruptcy laws for hundreds of years allowing them to emerge from collapse into resurrected pillars of our economy, and some companies just disappear and some get acquired by stronger competition. Let GM and Chrysler and AIG and other mismanaged companies file bankruptcy, for they may rebuild into much greater companies and cease to put an unjust burden on the American, because after all you have fed the beasts and in return they have picked all the meat off of our taxpayer bones, then they let loose a great big burp in our faces and drive off in their Lambourginis and corporate jets laughing all the way.
